Order Cancellation Policy

Please note that once an order has been placed, it can no longer be canceled, as processing begins immediately.

However, once your order has arrived, you may contact our support team to initiate a return. After the returned item has been successfully received and inspected, we can process your refund.


Priority + Insured Shipping

If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you are eligible for the following options in the event your package is lost during transit:

  • receive a replacement shipment
  • or request a refund

If you selected Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will resend your package if it is lost during transit.


Lost / Missing Packages

OBSIDIAN STUDIO is not responsible if an incorrect shipping address is provided during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before placing your order.

If the error was made on our side, we will take full responsibility and replace the order free of charge.


Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred after your order has been shipped.

By purchasing from us, you agree that:

  • your order may be shipped in one or multiple packages
  • customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please note that tracking may not always be available for free shipping methods.


Tracking Shows “No Information Available”

For some shipping carriers, it may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.
